With the holiday season coming up, it’s time to start thinking about what to buy your friends and family. If anyone you know is a Harry Potter fan, then wizarding merch makes for the perfect presents! When thinking of gift ideas, it’s also important for me to stay on a budget. So I’ve come up with gift suggestions for Harry Potter fans that are all under $30! That way you won’t have to empty out your vault at Grigotts Bank. So here are 10 affordable Harry Potter gift ideas for your loved ones (or yourself)!
One of my favorite ways to show off my love for Harry Potter is by wearing wizarding apparel. I absolutely fell in love with this “Take Me To My Castle” shirt from Magic and Mice. It’s true what they say about Hogwarts… it truly is home. So I’m always wishing I could apparate to the Hogwarts Castle (too bad it’s no longer allowed).
Shirt: Magic and Mice $22 with code “CHELSEY10”
#2 Magical Mug
Nothing is more magical than a “Revelio” spell! And how fitting that this mug reveals the Maraurder’s Map when it’s heated. This gift is perfect for those wizards who are up to no good (or just enjoy coffee). But seriously, I have one of these mugs, and they are the perfect way to start your morning off with some magic!
Mug: Amazon $20
Pigmy Puffs are the cutest little, fluffy creatures. I bought a pair of these Pigmy Puff slippers when visiting the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, and they are by far the best souvenir I’ve EVER purchased. I wear them all of the time! If you can’t visit the Orlando theme park, no worries because you can buy them online. But seriously guys, they are amazing!!
Slippers: Universal Store $27
One of the of the most memorable lines in all of the Harry Potter films is “After all this time? Always”. I want to tear up just thinking about it! This bracelet from Lillian & Co is a subtle yet gorgeous way to show your love for Harry Potter.
Bracelet: Lillian & Co $29 with code “FASHIONISTA”
All aboard the Hogwarts Express! I love this crossbody bag so much. It makes for such a fashionable accessory for every wizard with the added touches of the Hogwarts crest and Platform 9 3/4 tag on the bag.
Crossbody Bag: Amazon $24
Okay, this is one of the coolest things I’ve seen! This candle starts off white and as it burns, the Sorting candle reveals which Hogwarts house you belong in. You can choose the “surprise me” option to truly test fate to reveal your house, or you can select the house that you already belong to. Either way, this candle definitely brings the magic! Go Slytherin!
Candle: MLC co $21
Two things that I love are Harry Potter and games. Harry Potter Trivial Pursuit combines those two things to put Potterheads to the ultimate test! Think you know the most about our beloved Wizarding World? Challenge your friends to this game (I’m the current reigning champ with mine #humblebrag).
Trivial Pursuit: Amazon $18
Now we can all be like Hermoine Granger and use the Time Turner! Although I certainly wouldn’t use it to take even MORE classes. This Time Turner necklace makes for a beautiful accessory as well as a magical object!
Necklace: Amazon $16
I recently came across these wand makeup brushes, and now they are at the top of my wish list! I mean, I feel like we already produce magic with our makeup brushes, but the wands add the perfect touch!
Makeup brushes: Amazon $13
Who says coloring is just for kids? Bring on the nostalgia with this Harry Potter coloring book for adults. For those of you who haven’t jumped on the adult coloring book bandwagon, get ready to hop on board! This was my first one that I’ve ever done, and I love it! These books are WAY more detailed than the coloring books from our younger years, but I have so much fun with my colored pencils, coloring my favorite Harry Potter scenes.
Book: Amazon $12
So there you have some magical Harry Potter gift ideas for your friends, family, or yourself! Happy Holidays, muggles and wizards!
